Our community welfare response service ensures everyone receives the friendly support they may need to remain independent.
Whether it is for you directly, or for a loved one in our operational area, our subscription service gives you the peace of knowing that we are there 24/7 should we be needed. We are not a care provider, nor are we there to substitute the statutory such as police or NHS ambulance service. We aim to bridge the gap that exists due to extreme pressures placed on all our incredible emergency services.
Falls Response Service
Our innovative service utilises wearable technology that automatically requests assistance when a fall is detected. Our service staff can then reach out to the service user and get more information, whilst simultaneously dispatching our duty responders to the address to assess the situation, and assist the service user up from the ground or, if more appropriate, liaise with the ambulance service.
We can also integrate with other agencies and services to refer service users for more help from local authorities, healthcare services, we suitable.
Welfare Response Service
The elderly residents within our communities may need that little extra support in the absence of family or friends. We help to fill that void and can be the comforting voice at the othe rend of the line, or the friendly face that can pop in and check how they are doing.
Peace of mind for the individual, and family who may not be within a commutable distance when needed.
GPS Location Services
For families that have loved ones that live with conditions such as dementia, and have instances where they get lost whilst out, or wander from home and may be unable to locate them.
Our wearable GPS location devices are able to track their locations in real time. With the help of our service staff we can locate, communicate, and if required we can even retrieve the wearer and return them home again.
